The following morning, we drove out west of town to the Saguaro National Park. After a visit to the Visitor's Center, we saw a promo film of the park. The Native Americans really have made use of the Saguaro throughout the ages. I appeared from the film, that this place and these plants were almost a religion. I just hope that they keep in mind who it was that created these things! After the film we were back on the road to hike a trail in the Tucson mountains. This photo is of the Saguaro field that is directly in the back of the Saguaro NP-W Visitor's Center.
